Thank you for shopping with us! Each product is made to order and printed especially for you. Because of this, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Order Issues We Cover
We are happy to replace or refund your order if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong product, size, or color

The print quality is noticeably flawed
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at snugliving4u@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Order Issues We Cannot Accept
Since all items are custom printed to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

You ordered the wrong size, color, or product

You changed your mind or no longer want the item

The shipping address provided was incorrect
3. Returns
If a return is required, our support team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the address on your package, as this is not our return facility and your return may be lost.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
